This happened on the A442 Kidderminster road just before Rushock Trading Estate and heading toward Droitwich. Usual knobhead in a shit Audi with a tractor engine who thinks he/she/it has "made it" because they drive such a shit car...well, your reg plate has certainly made it. How about changing your car's reg to W4N K3R? Would you pass a horse and it's rider so close and at such speed? Tosser.

For the uneducated it means "NO OVERTAKING" unless the slow vehicle is doing less than 10mph
