While waiting to turn right I was run over by this Volkswagen T5 cutting across the junction. Luckily I had one foot unclipped so I was able to jump out of the way when I realised the driver hadn't seen me. I was left with some minor abrasions, but my bike was a write-off.

Happens all to often. Just lazy driving, thats been developed over many years of bad driving. If he had done the turn properly then there would have been no problem. You was lucky.
