I can assure you no BB was displayed. I could clearly see no BB was on display when I glanced in through the front offside window. I wasn't prepared to risk walking round to the front of the car to take the photo as I was looking suspicious enough as it was.
I can also assure you that I am not a bitter ex or nasty neighbour. I am just a concerned motorist that gets annoyed at people like this who think they can park where they like because it's private land and any risk of a fine can be ignored.
Regardless whether other disabled bays were empty or not, they could have become occupied at any time and this selfish moron was stopping anyone genuinely disabled from using the bays allocated for them.

Parked in disabled bays at Tesco Abingdon on Sunday 30th Oct 2016 at 14:15 with no blue badge displayed. Obviously needs a BB as he's a fucking retard for parking there and preventing someone with a genuine disability from using those spaces.

This is a bit suspicious, why didn't you take a picture of the front windscreen? You know, where blue badges are displayed. We only have your comment that he hasn't got one, secondly there's an empty bay behind so he or she wasn't impeding anyone, so maybe you're just someone who doesn't like the owner of this car? A bitter ex or nasty neighbour?
