Driver tried to ram me out of the way repeatedly so he could enter outside lane on roundabout while I held my horn down. After not backing down driver sped up quickly on a new road surface spraying my car and myself (windows down) with stones before speeding away aggressively. Should not be allowed on the road! Silver Volvo V90 elderly gentleman thinks he owns the roads.
