Beep your horn to alert another driver of your presence if they are endangering you.
If it is a Woman who has cut you up, move along side her to explain calmly what she has done at the same time use it as an excuse to chat her up and get her phone number.

Toot your horn to warn her that she cut you up
If she wants to rant about why you beeped then explain to her otherwise just move on then just upload the video
Sadly Mr Macho didn't like being cut up especially by a woman...<<< I'm guessing - so he wanted to show his manly powers by expressing his disgust at her window - whilst at the same time looking an absolute moron himself
