W11XLL
This yellow Renault hatchback was being driven at high speed along Freckleton bypass towards Clifton in an aggressive manner with the engine making enough noise to wake the community.
What problem an attention- seeking driver who wants to compete with others is up to I don’t know. He certainly has some mental health issues.
