Really need to be there to feel and see all what is happening, this video with a wide angle lens is very misleading

I don't think your speed helped, regardless of whether or not you were under the limit. You gave anyone wishing to exit that junction a very short space of time to see you.. and as you are no doubt aware bikes are harder to see than cars. I'm not saying the other driver is not in the wrong, I'm saying please slow down for your sake.

Not looking out for motorcyclists, almost causes accident

I thought one should drive in accordance with the conditions, not the limit. Just because the road is devoid of traffic doesn't mean you should drive at the speed limit; for instance there may be debris, junctions, lights, roundabouts, parked cars, narrow streets to name but a few hazards.

Just wanted to make a comment about speed limits being a maximum and not a minimum. When taking your driving test, you are expected to drive at the speed limit if the road is clear. I got a "minor fault" on my driving test for going past a school at 30mph when the speed limit was 40mph. It seems crazy that new drivers are being taught that the speed limit is a target.

I was only doing about 40Mph and I could see she didn't even stop at the junction to look as you said it was a dangerous bend, just pulled straight out. I did help myself because I was not going the national speed limit, and I didn't hit her! @igman

Im not saying that the mini driver is not at fault here, but you did'nt help yourself, there was a red triangle sign before the bend warning of a side road, probably because the view of the side road and from the side road is restricted and you are likely to find cars pulling out of it in front of you whether you are in a car or on a bike; and the national speed limit is a maximum, not a minimum so you dont need to be going so fast. Stay safe.
