Stops in middle of motorway for no apparent reason.

Red car possibly braked seeing water on the road or could have been any legitimate reason. Hard to say without previous footage but they are likely in the middle lane preparing for traffic merging from left.

Black for was travelling too close to react safely and dangerously pulled out in front of cam car.

If anything, black car was most at fault.

Dashcam car is speeding and lane hogging (50mph speed limit) in wet conditions
