Parked on cycle lane. You can't see the lane marking here unfortunately, but the red car behind is in the same cycle lane so I'll put a smaller version of the red car on own as proof.
I feel sorry for these people as they sometimes use disabled passes, but the Blue Badge scheme says specifically they are not allowed to park in cycle lanes. The Badge gets badly abused because they put cyclists in danger,
