This vehicle is based at Plympton Police Station in Plymouth and was once an unmarked dog unit for drugs dogs. Now used by a trainer so no longer on frontline duties but still with D&C Police for the time being as no replacement on the cards.

Bollocks. No police force would ever use a vehicle that old! They need vehicles in tip top condition

Unmarked silver dog van belonging to Devon & Cornwall Police. Has GB sticker on tailgate in an attempt to disguise it from being a police vehicle!

there using all sorts nowadays undercover, the generic 3 year cycle ford focus rule seems to be defunct

On an 05 plate? You're unlikely to find any plain Police vehicle that's over 9 years old.
Also, if it's a plain van why would it need a GB sticker to disguise it?
