In the Fylde area, a white VW Polo with L plates displayed. Only one person in it so obviously not legally a learner but seems to use the L plates to jump red lights, not give way and be inconsiderate towards other motorists.
If he was under instruction and learning then he would have to have had a passenger with a valid licence as an instructor, but as he was on his own it wasn’t instruction.
Probably a dickhead of a driver with a licence using L plates as an excuse to get priority over others for his inconsiderate driving.
