Which is it?
A - Had you not run the red light I wouldn't of given you a second look and caught you using your mobile whilst driving
or
B - Had you not been using your mobile whilst driving you wouldn't have ran the red light
or
C - I'm a cunt who drivers a Merc and I can do what I want and don't care about others
I'm guessing C
If this was West Mids, Wales or one or two other locations you would be shortly be receiving in the post a fine of £200 and 6 points on your licence....lucky for you this is Nottingham where Notts Police bosses have decided that personal dashcam footage will not be investigated unless it's dangerous driving
I know, I know you can't tell them the reason the fines were increased is because it is dangerous
I know, I know so many lives and so many accidents have been caused by people using the mobile whilst driving
Sadly the bosses at HQ Notts Police have nothing between their ears to contemplate the laws of proactive policing and preventing dangerous driving - they want to wait until your family member is killed or maimed before they will get off their arses
