Had to inter leave at an accident site and refused to let us in causing a disruption as I was blocking other cars from going into the single lane on the m1. After the lanes opened up again he then proceeded to stick his finger up and block me from overtaking by swerving side to side nearly causing another accident with a lorry in the process
