I waited patiently for this rude driver to reverse out of a bay at trago mills in Newton Abbot only to find that once out of the bay would not reverse to let me park in his old spot. I couldn't reverse as would have blocked one of the main roads of car park. He eventually reversed when he realised that I'd wait all day. Some people!
