This driver must be American because they're absolutely clueless when it comes to roundabouts. In the middle of rush hour traffic, decides to stop the flow of traffic in the inside lane to let people out. After creating a jam on the roundabout, decides he wants to go straight-on in the "Right Only" lane, pushing his way through to be let in. Gets in the straight-on lane, but doubles back on himself after deciding that there was too much traffic, crossing a hatched-line area to try to cut back into the now flowing right turn traffic.
