Looking at the rear video, the driver was positioned nicely but decided to cut in, odd since there was no approaching vehicle.
I caught the vehicle up at the T-junction, he put up is right hand to apologise, would not have done this otherwise.
Discovered it's an untaxed vehicle, therefore the insurance is VOID.
This event occurred on Lydiate Lane, Eccleston, Lancashire.
