We get all sorts here. I actually wonder if the majority of the weird comments and personas over the years have just been from a handful of people. I remember the likes of "Pieterjan" and others who were just as obnoxious although did stay a little more on topic. Jeez it's sad I've got a memory of the history of this place.

I’m pretty sure Richard is the same guy that was talking about the Israel- London war and the same guy who’s talking about Thomas the tank engine and the same guy who puts pictures of taxis.
The guy talking about Israel London was also publishing comments at weird time and used caps lock just like Richard

At least the UK site the plates are unique, the US and CA seems you can have the same plate in multiple states/provinces.

Tim, the Canadian site was already destroyed (&fixed) a few weeks back the ponies added their names to plates of every province. Made the site basically unusable. All but one were removed
