What a silly question.
Should be obvious I wanted to overtake but stayed behind to see how long he'd drive in the right lane for. He was oblivious to me behind him despite my headlight and noisy exhaust. After a million miles on the road I find this and no signal when turning left/right at mini roundabouts one of the most annoying. Exactly how much effort does it take to move over to the left or give a signal? Too much for some I guess

Right lane hogger for 2 miles despite a very noisy bike behind. Yes I could have undertaken but just wanted to see how long he'd sit there for. Like to see him do that to a copper
