Ref 09:27. Dash-cam driver is not paying proper attention and being pedantic. There's an apex, with parked cars.. the oncoming car had started to negotiate the parked cars on their side before the dash-cam car approached - dash-cam car should have given way.

Cam car could easily have let them in tbf. These multi-lane roundabouts can be hard to navigate when you're not familiar with them.
