Terrible driver!! A young lad with no idea...undertaking, weaving through traffic, driving at silly speeds even in bad weather and thinking it's smart to drive inches away from the car in front. A bully on the road who is likely to cause a big accident and seriously hurt someone. Hope the police stop him sooner rather than later!!
