I can't argue - biker was aggressive and abusive but I understand why he reacts that way - it's the frustration that some people seem to think the law does not apply to them and that's it's OK to break it if there is only a small chance you will get caught or fined - in this instance no one got injured as a consequence but what he is expressing is the anger people would feel if someone had been injured as a consequence of what is selfish and reckless behaviour on her part - it's a frustration that some people really don't give as shit about the consequences, what might happen or the law - it's as though they dispute with raw data or the validity of the argument that underlies the existence of the law about using a phone while driving - it's anger that the police seem to attach very low importance to it too - I look in the local paper regularly and have yet to see a single instance of a anyone being hauled up in court or fined over mobile phone usage while driving. How does anyone get through to drivers like this woman - I think the bikers hope is that if this encountered is so unpleasant that it will make a lasting impression that might make her think about her actions. personally I doubt she will even begin to understand the anger (that comes from a concern for others getting injured) that many road users feel when they see people on phones every single time they use their car (or bike). I think people should confront drivers like this, report them and post footage on-line. Using a phone while in charge of a vehicle is not acceptable.

What does this guy do when service in a restaurant is slow - "fucking bitch get over here now and serve me" or "excuse me, I've been waiting a while... " What do you think is more effective? Sure, slow service isn't dangerous but the same principle applies.
