Following them at 11 o’clock on a Wednesday night, they were all over the place, had to be drunk, as I turned off down my lane they were drifting onto the wrong side of the road with a car coming the other way and luckily ended up back on the correct side of the road with a very jerky movement. It was either drink driving or the person driving, if they were sober should not have a license
