Looks like his view was obstructed by the car turning in. But the camera car seemed to be going a bit fast, least that's the way it looks. Especially considering the conditions (approach to an island). Camera car then stops dead in its tracks..why? Me personally, I wouldn't bother with this.. it happens a lot. It doesn't mean the person cutting you up did it on purpose. Take care mates.

Having your view obstructed is no an excuse for pulling out like this, the blue car should have stopped untill his view was no longer obstructed. The camera car does appear to be speeding which has made the situation worse.

Also looks like one of these latest sprawling estates built on top of cheaper green belt land.. what an ambience it must be to live there, surrounded by mile upon mile of..ever-increasing traffic. But off-topic I know, but I've visited such estates and find them about as appealing as a bottle of sand in the desert. The same is happening in the United States.. faceless, endless blocks of concrete cells surrounded by equally bland roads. And if we didn't have such high immigration levels no doubt this wouldn't be such a problem including the knock-on effects..

Should have anticipated this and adjusted your speed accordingly. Completely your fault. :)

Pulled out from a junction right in front of me, like the Give Way sign didn't apply to them. Video posted on YouTube.
