It's February, it's dark & this clown not only doesn't check out their rear bulbs when their headlights are on but also their brake bulb is out too.

WR09MUP
Persistent tailgater in slower zones and slow moving traffic. Doesn’t give much room at all as if he is trying to push the queue to go faster. I wasn’t going to budge forward to do to the vehicle in front what he was doing to me so I kept a safe distance which he didn’t like. Could see he was impatient.
