They're going so close within that lane they enter it on the apex. I wouldn't be surprised if this was deliberate. And their use of the horn is illegal.

Another example of why cycle lanes can be extremely dangerous. Look how narrow it is..how it goes over drain covers, leaves and other debris. You then get drivers like this who think the dotted line is the passing distance not the actual passing distance they should afford.
My advice? Don't use the lane. Ride at least a meter out..ride primary, if you prefer. Bad design plus bad driving.
