This knob needs to retake his driving test , 6th march 2020 at 16.10 . Driving southbound A419 from Cirencester towards white hart roundabout. Undertook me at speed as I was overtaking a car he almost wiped both of us out and then he continued at speed 90 mph plus tailgating all vehicles he came up to then undertook at speed again then amount of brake lights seen from him causing issues . Untaxed too . Which has been reported to DVLA
