this Scania truck went through roads closed due to flooding, ignoring signage, and drove through Yalding and Collier Street where the roads were severely flooded towards Marden without any regards for the residents in these areas. Travelling along Green Lane around 7.20am. Could be heard accelerating on the approach towards large bodies of water with no regard for anyone or respect for their property.
