Blocked a lane on the A303 to stop traffic correctly merging at a lane closure and in doing so caused completely unnecessary tailbacks.
You'd think people driving a Highway Maintenance vehicle would have to at least know the Highway Code, in particular Rule 134.

From what I've seen, maintenance vehicle drivers can be some of the worst. They seem to think they have a greater importance because their job involves the road.

Highway Maintenance vehicle drivers are some of the worst drivers I’ve come across. Because they are so close to traffic and very familiar with the habits of many they think they can judge you stereotypically and barge their way past you. What they do is often illegal but do they think they are like police and a cunt above the law?
