Blocked a lane on the A303 to stop traffic correctly merging at a lane closure and in doing so caused completely unnecessary tailbacks.
You'd think people driving a Highway Maintenance vehicle would have to at least know the Highway Code, in particular Rule 134.

From what I've seen, maintenance vehicle drivers can be some of the worst. They seem to think they have a greater importance because their job involves the road.
