I often follow this vehicle to work and more often than not he will be tailgating the car in front. Today there was a near miss because of this vehicle swerving with what looked like less than a foot between his front and the back bumper! Hoping to catch him on my dash cam one day to submit to police however I never seem to be directly behind, and never in front of him.
