If a member of the public hogs outside lane like this they’re ticketed so send this video to his superiors and ask why it’s okay for ‘upstanding law abiding’ orifices to get away with it nothing wrong with your driving in my opinion, he’s in the wrong he had clear lane to his left that he should have used, he’s obviously well up on his Highway Code isn’t he the fucking wanker
