I think everyone needs to respect other road users. The driver in this clip lost it. Once he overtook he should have just moved on and not engage in a fight, though I do wonder how the woman cyclist found herself in the middle of his path? There may be more to than than meets the eye. However it always seems that the law is on everyone else's side and never the motorists. In many situations car drivers can only go as fast as the slowest cyclist, who may be free-wheeling or on their phone. The cyclist can jump the lights that have now turned red but the motorist has to now sit and wait, or undertake when a motorist is wanting to just do the simple thing of turning left after indicating well in advance. All of this causes frustration and it's inevitable that those frustrations boil over.

Please elaborate on the anti-road user troll thought. There is a highway code for a number of reasons, one is for some civility and harmony on the roads by all user types. Loads of breaches of it in that video, reset and learn with hopefully not too much damage done.
