The above arrogant driver of this large maroon Nissan parked diagonally across two parking bays at the fish and chip shop hogging both slots. I had let him go first as I would have had to turn right and cross in front of him. Suddenly he signalled left and took both bays. Cheek of it he wasn't even going into the fish and chip shop by shopping further down the road and using the ATM at the Co-op, Caldicot-by-pass, junction Green Lane !
