It really doesn’t matter a shit what happened a second or an hour before. The car was weaponised and that should have been treated as attempted murder. A few other drivers have been done for trying to kill cyclists but he/she will probably just say their plates were cloned and the police will just say oh that’s a shame and let them carry on. Cyclist are annoying as funk sometimes but it’s hardly worth killing a fellow human.
