Did not give way on slip road joining busy dual carriageway; pulled out into the path of another vehicle causing it to take evasive action. Then, continued to hassle the driver at no fault. This driver needs some anger management and driver re-training.

Aggressive and disrespectful of other road users. Road rage candidate and an accident waiting to happen. They seem to think they rule the road.
