A34 northbound between Oxford and Abingdon, 8.30am. Roads wet, plenty of spray. Despite this, this prat was flashing his headlights to try to move cars out of the overtaking lane, tailgating, undertaking, brake testing, the works! Reported to the police, hopefully he gets stopped before causing an accident and hurting someone.
