It happened near Tamworth. As you can see from this photo he tried to overtake the other overtaking car before it has even pulled in. He just managed to swerve in front of it to avoid an innocent oncoming car.

Thanks Tom. Hopefully folks in Tamworth will keep an eye out for the fool. I cannot understand how these people obtain a driving license - this one's I'd rip up in an instant (assuming their license is legal in the first place).
