Driver of the red car is clearly a moron musical taste is directly correlated to intelligence levels and the music they were listening to is noise for the lowest common denominator of human life .

Also don't speed up when someone pulls out on you just so you can be a prick I'm sure your a prick at all other available opportunities if your not sure ask people who have to tolerate you on a daily basis .

youre the sort of prick who drives at 70mph in the outside lane of a motorway just so you can slow down anyone who wants to make progress. Or the driver of the Focus. Or both.

If the poster of the video wasn't speeding, the focus would have been out and away in good time. The speed bumps show it was a 20mph limit Road and the poster floored it to 33 when he saw the focus was going to pull out. Despite this the focus was still fully established in the lane by the time the poster reached him. Had the poster rear ended the focus the police and insurance companies would have ruled a 'no fault' accident on the part of the focus. The poster of this video is clearly a dickhead looking to provoke confrontations with other drivers.

Pulling out at junctions without gauging flow of traffic properly is surely an easier way to "get a confrontation". Or am I missing something? If you are on the side of the Focus. Then you are on the wrong side of the argument.

When does getting "fully into lane" before an impact make an accident not your fault? Can't recall seeing that in the Highway Code. Focus driver is an arsehole impeding flow of traffic, at best, or cash for crash at worst.

@D
There's no 20mph speed limit sign posted (travel along Greenshank Drive, Dunfermline via Google Maps yourself) - just because there's traffic calming measures doesn't necessarily mean a 20mph speed limit.
You are right in the fact of insurance claim but fail, completely, to understand that the Focus driver should "Give Way" at the junction until the road is clear

Either you are the driver looking to cover your arse or just trolling - whichever it is you lost.

Focus intentionally loiters after pulling out. Could be a crash for crash attempt.

It's a 30. 33 could be down to accuracy of measurement. Accelerating back to 30 after a bump is normal is it not, if car had been "floored" it would have been through the back of the Focus. You clearly don't know what you're talking about.
