The reason he has no front number plate is because he goes dogging in it. It’s a known trick by cottagers and doggers not to have a front plate. It’s less conspicuous than flashing headlights.

Even if you squint your eyes and look at it from several miles away the plate doesn’t spell anything, the driver is definitely a nonce.
