Thoughtless driver, really stupid decision making. Refused to drive down the clear road because the space was slightly narrow but still plenty of room. Traffic then got blocked in in both directions because she wouldn't move. Next time pull over and the rest of us will go around. Imagine a lot of people were late because of one persons stupidity.
