This guy is constantly trying to show off by revving his car loudly whenever he sees someone and speeding in a small enclosed housing estate without regard for the playing children despite having a young one himself. His parking is atrocious and one wonders how he got a driving licence as he seems unable to parallel park to anything less than 2 feet from the curb which leaves his car further out in the narrow road than anyone else, is unable to park between the lines on driveways and in local car parks, and most of the time misses the road completely and ends up with his car sprawled across the pedestrian pavement outside his house like in the picture.
