Drives around Bristol a bit fast in the wet, swerves across lanes, and sits at trafficlights in the dark with a foot on the brake to blind people behind - 'cos he's too damed lazy to use the handbrake. All without having an MOT which has been overdue for 9 months. Too lazy to get an MOT - or too tight?
When they had the MOT done it failed on 3 items.
But I guess having to have MOTs is only for other people, not this clown.
