The police themselves said the cyclist did nothing wrong in filtering, including slotting back in. Motorcyclists do it all the time. Yet for some reason this "driver" thinks the cyclist wasn't allowed to do it and I guess that means ram them off the road and kill them in the process..

Shocking video shows the problems many cyclists have to put up with in this country. In this instance a car appears to have deliberately rammed a cyclist off the road, which could have so easily killed him. The driver pleaded guilty to careless(!) driving and received 5 points on their license and a £400 fine.
