You really think the fire brigade would go to a call out like that? You don’t even know the story of how he came to be in that position, you’ve just assumed & driven around the roundabout to be nosey and take photos. Maybe you should have parked up and offered a helping hand rather than whinge about someone elses misfortune!

Given that the fire-engine isn't there, and then is in the picture I would assume that they haven't just driven round the roundabout - and the times would indicate otherwise.
Also a good idea not to stop and help in these sad times, you don't know if this was a scam and them trying to steal someones car, and take a knife to their throat - best thing is not to help but let the authorities help instead.

What a great place to change a tyre - and if that's not bad enough had the cheek to get the fire-brigade out in order to give him some shelter... Hope they charge him for the privilege...
