CALLlNG On Edlington people, Please keep a look out for two blokes in a white transit van , they are targeting elderly people, making out they are from council , they don't knock on your front door but on your living room window, to get you to open your door, saying that rendering needs doing and canopy above front door is dangers, I saw what this bloke was doing to my neighbour and could tell that she was getting distressed as he wouldn't let her close her door, went over told them to leave as she was phoning police, they then sped off, so folks please keep a look out for these arseholes. Well done for getting the reg of the Ford Transit van they were driving. Hope these dodgy cowboy builders get caught by police. People scamming the elderly in their owns homes are utter scum. Cold calling and door to door sales should be illegal.
