Thanks. I appreciate the view from a person neutral to the event.
The actual event went on for 10 minutes covering just short of 10 miles. He refused to let me pass him, but also repeatedly slowed down, then sped up again.
He used his indicators most times & never actually braked in front of me (except on approach to traffic lights which he used to slow down to 20mph on a green light). This suggests he knew exactly how far to go to try wind me up without facing a prosecution.
This happened on the A38 North on run up to Kingsway Industrial Estate where he turned off. He works there somewhere, I guess, with a 14:00 start. Got his mugshot too.

I agree the driver is a cemented twat neither use nor ornament but also agree that the police have nothing to prosecute or caution.
