I'd vote if I could also vote on dashcam's regd
As for the comment above (by Dave) - the reason why our country is screwed
Our roads are getting shittier and more dangerous - the response by dashcam driver was normal/average (what most normal people would do/say)
But the close pass by both cars on that poor cyclist - learn the bloody Highway Code it's not hard and just in case you haven't got time from your busy schedules... 1.5mtrs (that's 5ft in old money) is the distance/gap you should give between your vehicle and the cyclist
