Just heading to do my shop and see this van parked in the 'lazy arsehole' bay. Nothing unusual, until 2 kids that I didn't even see above the dashboard slid out (you'll have to take my word on that as I don't really want to be taking pictures of minors).
No belts were on nor any booster seats.
Pity some parents don't seem to take these kinds of vital safety equipment seriously.

Just to add; it was driving into the bay so I know and could see they weren't strapped in or on boosters.
