Smashed windscreen, conveniently had "wanka" written on his back window, sped 2-3X over the limit always. Constantly swerving to try and overtake people even on blind corners and when a car was
coming. Was going 60-80mph in a small residential road where kids live and play. He drove on the wrong side of the road for a good minute just to turn into a very tight space where a car already was, narrowly missing it, then sped all through a very tight one vehicle width car park. Was very very scared for other people with him on the road, especially as it was school run time. Looked up his car and he’s only owned it for 2-3months too - wonder what happened to his old one!
