It would be great news if some form of punishment (short ban/driver awareness course or fine) was implemented - sadly most of our government and authorities and police forces don't give a rats arse unless they've caught them themselves or there's been an accident.
@Yorkshire Police HQ - get off your lazy arses and use the evidence and enforce the law. That's why we pay taxes.
Get this poor excuse for a human being in front of a judge and make sure she doesn't ever repeat such a stupid dangerous manoeuvre again.

Absolute scum! This should be reported to the police. Everyone know's the rules now and there's absolutely no excuse for people still doing this. She needs the full force of the law thrown at her.
