Please show footage 2 mins prior to the initial altercation at the lights. Thank you. I'm saying this because I saw you stopped on the left, and I am just wondering how that came to be. I am not justifying his pass, which I think was ridiculously close; this regardless of whether or not your gestured for him to pass. He should simply not be that close. If you want formal redress then the police would at the very least request prior footage. They would also ask if you made rude hand signals. Again, I am in no way seeking to justify his pass. Just trying to analyse what I see before me. Thanks for reading.

I'm hoping the police were involved and ignored the standard bullshit excuse that the rider antognised the situation (which is generally the excuse most police forces will use) and actually informed the driver where he went wrong and cautioned him or issued a section 59 so that if this dipshit does anything similar his vehicle will be taken away.
